FFANY is a professional trade show event produced for the fashion footwear retail trade and press. The show is not open to the public. There is no fee to attend the show as a retailer or press – editorial with presentation of credentials. Save time and pre-register online for the show.
Retailers & Press - Editorial
To obtain a retailer or press-editorial badge, badge holder and directory for entry, the following 3 credentials must be presented and verified at show registration:
- A photo ID
- A business card indicating you are in the footwear industry trade as a retailer or press (editorial only).
- Specific business credentials such as a tax registration or business registration certificate indicating a retail or press business.
Attendance is FREE for retailers and Press – Editorial.

For Non-retailer badges, the following credentials must be presented and verified at show registration to obtain a badge, badge holder, and directory for admittance.
- A photo ID
- A business card
- Business credentials indicating what type of non-retailer trade you represent and your association with the footwear industry.
- If you pre-registered and paid online, the attendee registration confirmation page, including the fee paid.
Non-retailer attendance fees:
- $250 pre-register online
(up to June 4th at 5 pm EST) - $500 onsite registration
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Badges must be worn throughout the trade show.
Pre-registered domestic retailers & press (not editorial) that pre-register will receive badges by mail 2-3 weeks before the show. All attendees can obtain badges, badge holders and show directories at show registration.

Use our Show Planner to see which exhibitors you want to see. Contact all vendors you are interested in seeing to make appointments. You can also choose vendors by category or geographically, either by street or building for New York Showrooms or by hall at the Hilton.
MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR VISIT
Be sure to attend FFANY & footwear industry events to network, they are a great way to meet people in the industry! Make sure you allocate sufficient time to view collections at the Hilton and nearby New York Showrooms. Allow time to go back and revisit lines and review orders. Many New York Showrooms are open all week (Monday-Friday.)

Bring a photo ID, business cards, and other business credentials if you do not have business cards. The New York Shoe Expo is not open to the public, so be sure to bring a business license if you have not yet opened your store.
