Footwear News kicks off tribute series highlighting FFANY’s cancer-research beneficiaries

February 23, 2016

Footwear News kicks off a series of features that highlight each of the 9 FFANY Shoes On Sale cancer-research partners and beneficiaries.  FFANY is proud to support The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), founded in 1993 by Evelyn H. Lauder.  Since 2003, over $4 million has been contributed to BCRF for first step research.  The article specifically details how the generous donations and dollars from the footwear industry turn into major advances in the research for a cure.
“The footwear industry has been a powerful partner to BCRF in funding critical breast cancer research, and FFANY has been at the forefront of that drive,” —Leonard A. Lauder, chairman emeritus of The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc.
