FFANY believes education has the power to strengthen and transform the footwear industry. Toward that end, we announce Chelsea Fu as the winner of the 2016 Joseph C. Moore Scholarship to attend the prestigious ARSUTORIA School in Italy. A graduating student at Parsons The New School of Design, Chelsea is heading to Milan for a 13 weeks where she will learn shoe pattern making and prototyping – an award valued at $17,500! Congratulations also to 2nd place winner Alice Oggionni of SCAD – Savannah College of Art & Design and 3rd place winner Isabella Bowie of Parsons. They both won a 5-day ARSUTORIA “Art of Shoemaking” course in NYC and E-learning training, valued at $3100. A very special thank you to the renowned judging committee and their generous donation of expertise and time:
