FLATOTEL AND NEW YORK SHOWROOMS:
You will receive a confirmation to the email address you provide that the application has been received. Exhibit room numbers are assigned approximately 60 days prior to each trade show.
New York Showroom Application:
To list in the show directory as a FFANY member New York Showroom. You will receive a fax confirmation of your listing.
FFANY Non Venue Directory Listing will be available shortly. Email here to receive an application by email once available.
To list in the show directory for companies not exhibiting at a FFANY sponsored venue (Flatotel) or a New York Showroom.
All participating companies must be current FFANY members
Membership Application for companies exhibiting at Pier 94 and Hilton New York
Membership Application for companies exhibiting in New York Showrooms or a FFANY Non Venue
Membership must also be faxed or mailed with signature along with show application forms.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Booth or showroom payment (terms detailed on application) must be received at time of application to receive booth or showroom confirmation.
Payment by Visa, Mastercard, AmEx or check is accepted.
